Kevin practices in areas of complex and industry-wide litigation. This includes contract, casualty, healthcare, bad faith, insurance, reinsurance, ERISA, commercial litigation and product liability cases. His practice involves a wide range of medical issues in diverse cases brought against healthcare entities, insurers, and pharmaceutical companies. Kevin has served as National Trial Counsel for a major computer manufacturer and has coordinated the defense of companies facing industry-wide litigation. In addition to Kevin´s active trial practice, he lectures frequently and teaches trial techniques. He has been admitted pro hac vice before the United States District Courts in the Districts of Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania.
