Pro Bono Victory for Hall & Evans' Associates

As part of Hall & Evans' commitment to pro bono work, Theresa Vogel and Jeanne Lynch represented a client from the Rocky Mountain Survivors Center on her quest to gain asylum status in the United States. The client was fleeing persecution, violence, and institutionalized abuse in her home country. With the assistance of Ms. Vogel and Ms. Lynch, the client submitted an extensive application to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. After a lengthy process, the client was granted Asylee status in the United States. The client will not face deportation, and instead will enjoy a new, safe life in this country.
