Michael A. Paul

Michael Paul is a dynamic lawyer who handles complex cases in state and federal courts throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.  He focuses his practice on general liability, construction, product liability, asbestos, and professional liability disputes at the trial and appellate levels.

He serves as regional counsel for national insurers and has successfully defended a wide variety of businesses in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, New Mexico, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa.  He currently serves on the Firm’s Board of Directors.
