Theresa A. Vogel

Theresa Vogel is a civil litigator with a diverse practice that includes construction defect, premises liability, immigration, and insurance defense matters. She represents retailers, architects, engineers, and contractors in complex civil litigation. Ms. Vogel also represents businesses and individuals in immigration proceedings with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and in I-9 compliance audits conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Ms. Vogel has been an Adjunct Professor with the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, teaching the course, Immigration Law & the Workplace. Previously, she was a Research Assistant at the Jagiellonian University Human Rights Centre where she taught courses on human rights and refugee law and implemented projects funded by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
