Cash Parker was recently selected as Faculty of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). NITA, a 501(c)(3) not-for profit organization, is the nation’s leading provider of legal advocacy skills training. NITA pioneered the legal skills “learning-by-doing” methodology over 40 years ago. NITA’s team of practicing attorneys, professors, and judges from around the nation dedicates its efforts to the training and development of skilled and ethical legal advocates to improve the adversarial justice system. Being selected to NITA’s faculty is a significant honor, reflecting not only top-notch experience and trial skills, but also a mastery of NITA’s teaching method.
Cash has been selected as a NITA faculty member since 2013, and remains committed to teaching trial skills to improve advocacy across the profession. In addition to teaching at NITA, Cash also volunteers significant time to coaching mock trial at the University of Colorado School of Law.
