Peter M. Damrow

Peter Damrow was recently appointed to The State of Montana’s Human Rights Commission (HRC) by the governor, Greg Gianforte. The HRC is a quasi-judicial administrative panel comprised of five members of the public that review decisions from Montana’s Human Rights Bureau, the administrative agency tasked with investigating discriminatory employment practices. The HRC conducts hearings on objections to determinations from the Human Rights Bureau and appeals from Final Agency Decisions issued by the Office of Administrative Hearings.
