Aaron W. Chaet
Aaron Chaet is a generalist with an emphasis on premises liability and labor and employment matters. Mr. Chaet’s premises liability practice includes defending private businesses, governmental entities, and insurers in a wide range of injury-related claims. In the employment arena, his practice includes a variety of discrimination lawsuits involving Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and ADEA. He has also defended claims related to non-competition agreements and trade secret theft. Additionally, Mr. Chaet has tried cases before the National Labor Relations Board, handled organizing and decertification campaigns, defended unfair labor practice charges, and arbitrated grievances for wrongful terminations. He also drafts and reviews employee handbooks and presents management training seminars. Before joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Chaet practiced employment law in Chicago, Illinois for over ten years.
