Alexis N. King
Associate
Alexis King’s practice focuses on general civil litigation. She is experienced with a
wide variety of matters involving products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, environmental liability and toxic torts, and transportation.
Ms. King began her legal career in California as an associate attorney for a large, national firm before practicing law in Utah. She has authored numerous dispositive and discovery motions that resulted in favorable rulings for representative clients. In particular, Ms. King has experience in various matters concerning alleged Americans with Disability Act violations. She has been involved in every phase in litigation from the initial pleading stage to appeals.
Ms. King earned her J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law school at Brigham Young
University. She was a lead editor for the BYU Journal of Public Law. Ms. King was also a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Chief Judge Michael J. Brown at the Arizona Court of Appeals and a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Paul M. Warner with the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
