Clinton L. Coberly

Clint represents clients in a variety of complex civil litigation matters and has a diverse general litigation practice. Clint’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of hospitality and retail, premises liability, transportation, product liability, sports and recreation, professional liability defense, construction, and insurance. Clint has represented individuals and businesses in the defense of claims for personal injury and property damage as a result of accident or other casualty. Clint is well-versed in all phases of litigation and he has extensive trial and appellate experience. Clint also spearheads Hall & Evans’ participation in the Colorado Pledge to Diversity Program and serves as a Mentor to the Firm’s Summer Associates.
