Crystal Sebastiani


Crystal Sebastiani works in the transportation department assisting mainly with civil cases involving railroad and trucking matters. She also assists with other actions such as toxic exposure, general tort litigation, wrongful death, and premises liability. Crystal has experience with all phases of pre-litigation and litigation, including many jury trials in and out of Colorado. She acts as a mentor for new paralegals hired within the department.

Crystal has been with Hall & Evans since 2007. She has prior experience working on professional responsibility/discipline, real estate matters, construction disputes, wills, trusts, probate, oil & gas, contracts, incorporations, family law, and criminal defense.
