Leanne E. Carberry

Mrs. Carberry’s practice focuses on defending clients in construction defect litigation, as well as premises liability and construction-related accidents.  She has experience in all key phases of litigation: initial case assessment and negotiation, efficient written and deposition discovery, dispositive motion practice, drafting pre-trial and trial motions, participation in mediation and arbitration proceedings, and trial preparation.  Mrs. Carberry understands that favorable results are achieved through strategic pre-trial work that positions cases to win at trial.

Before joining Hall & Evans, Mrs. Carberry clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Phillip J. McNulty at the First Judicial District Court.  She earned her law degree from Creighton University School of Law where she competed as a member of R. Collin Mangrum’s decorated trial team, served as Lead Articles Editor of the Creighton Law Review, received the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student Award, and was named to the Order of the Barristers recognizing exceptional oral advocacy skills.
