Michael G. Dunnahoo


Michael Dunnahoo has over 25 years of litigation experience in the areas of construction and design, professional liability, premises liability, and product liability.  Mr. Dunnahoo frequently represents developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in complex construction litigation involving construction defects, personal injury, and property damage.  His professional liability practice includes defending the interests of architects, engineers, insurance agents and brokers, physicians, healthcare providers, and nursing homes.  He also represents hotels, businesses, and multi-family dwellings in premises liability matters and manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in product liability claims. 

Mr. Dunnahoo recently relocated to Denver, Colorado after practicing in Houston, Texas for over two decades.  Mr. Dunnahoo has negotiated favorable resolutions on behalf of his clients in hundreds of matters throughout Colorado and Texas.
