Tiffany E. Alberty


Tiffany Alberty joined Hall & Evans as a generalist associate in 2020.   Ms. Alberty’s practice is focused on civil litigation, administrative and regulatory law, and estate matters.  She is experienced with cases involving contract disputes, medical malpractice, mental health, and long-term care.  In the estate and probate arena, she handles decedent estates, guardianships, family settlement agreements, estate claims, and residential allocation and deeds. 

Before joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Alberty was an Associate at a small firm in Chicago, IL.  While attending UIC John Marshall Law School, she was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Andrea R. Wood at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, served as Graduate Assistant for John Marshall Law School’s Office of Diversity & Outreach, and was a Legal Intern for the University of Illinois at Chicago.  Ms. Alberty earned a Master of Arts degree in Communications Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Journalism from the University of New Mexico.
