Deborah M. Kellam

Ms. Kellam has a practice that focuses on general civil defense with primary areas of practice in medical/nursing malpractice litigation and license matters before the Board of Medicine and Board of Nursing.
Other areas of practice include defense for products liability, pharmaceutical, and general personal injury. Ms. Kellam has also been part of defending complex litigation matters, including wrongful death, personal injury, insurance, and products liability.
Ms. Kellam began her career in 1979 as a Registered Nurse at Rose Medical Center in Denver. After becoming an attorney, she worked for Hall & Evans and then moved to Texas with her physician husband, where she was with Groce, Locke & Hebdon in San Antonio until returning to Wyoming, where she practiced law for many years with Sundahl, Powers, Kapp & Martin in Cheyenne. Prior to re-joining Hall & Evans, she was an attorney at Lathrop & Rutledge, P.C., in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
