Jennifer Kennedy is an experienced trial attorney with a practice centered on civil litigation including premises liability, transportation, and general insurance defense.

Ms. Kennedy began her career as prosecutor, serving as an Assistant Judge Advocate General with the United States Air Force. In the Air Force she also assisted service members and commanders with civil matters, including administrative discharges, Article 32 hearings, non-judicial punishment and legal assistance. She went on to serve as Deputy District Attorney in the Fourth and Eighteenth Judicial District Attorney’s Offices in El Paso, Arapahoe, and Douglas Counties, CO. Since switching to private practice, Ms. Kennedy has handled criminal and civil matters including general liability, civil claims, military law, estate planning, and family law.
