Matthew J. Ninneman

Matthew Ninneman co-authored a chapter in the American Bar Association’s book, Fundamentals of Construction Law.  The recently updated Third Edition explains the key principles of construction law, the various players in a construction project, and the extensive details of construction contracts. Other topics include insurance, scheduling, delivery systems, payment provisions, change orders, termination, government contracts, defects, damages, and alternative dispute resolution negotiations and techniques.

Mr. Ninneman co-authored chapter 4, “The Design Professional,” which focuses on the fundamentals of who the design professional is and what the varied role is on different projects.  The chapter also discussed the phases of the design process, and fundamentals of the design programming for a project.
