Daniel Kidd has two decades of civil and business litigation experience in Nevada state and federal courts.  Mr. Kidd’s litigation practice includes the areas of personal injury, insurance defense, premises liability, product liability, and complex civil litigation. He is also experienced with contract disputes, real estate, including lender and servicer liability defense, wrongful foreclosure defense, and title disputes.
