Gina Rossi will be presenting at The National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel’s (NARTC) Annual Meeting being held virtually. The NARTC is a 66-year-old organization made up of approximately 1,100 outstanding railroad trial attorneys from across the United States and Canada. Membership includes in-house railroad counsel and claims professionals, and outside counsel who defend railroads. The Annual Meeting is being presented in three parts on July 20, July 27, and August 3, 2020.
Gina’s CLE presentation titled “Love Me Tender, Yes it’s True. Accept this Defense Tender, or We Will Sue,” will cover issues relating to tender, indemnification, and contribution opportunities including how to set clients up for successful tenders and a lawyer’s duties to involved parties when that occurs.
