Hall & Evans Regulatory Team Published in FORC Journal on Colorado’s Standardized Health Benefit Plan

The latest FORC Journal features an article co-authored by Hall & Evans attorneys Daniel Furman, Robert Ferm, and Erin Snow.  The article, “The Colorado Option Standardized Health Benefit Plan: A Miracle Drug – Or a Placebo – For Colorado’s Healthcare System?,” takes a look at how the State’s quasi-public health insurance option came to be, the requirements in place, and how it has fared since implementation.
