Last week, several Hall & Evans attorneys attended and spoke at the ALFA International Transportation Practice Group Seminar in Colorado Springs, CO. Lance Eberhart served as Program Chair and gave opening remarks to kick off the seminar, “Move on Up! Transportation Elevated.” The three-day event explored new approaches to ever evolving plaintiff and cultural issues faced today on the road and in the courtroom.
Brooke Churchman moderated a panel titled, ”All Aboard! Hopping on the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Bus Before You Get Left at the Station,” discussing how clients and law firms can jointly support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to make a meaningful difference together.
Also in attendance was Paul Yarbrough from our Denver, CO office and Jill Gerdrum from our Missoula, MT office. Over 70 transportation industry clients and attorneys from 40 states gathered at the historic Broadmoor in the foothills of Cheyenne Mountain.
