Matthew J. Ninneman
Matthew Ninneman has been named Chair of Division 3 – Design of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Forum on Construction Law. The ABA Forum on Construction Law is a nationwide network of 5,900+ lawyers, industry experts, and law students specializing in construction law. The ABA Forum has 14 Divisions and is a collaborative network of lawyers that represent all segments of the construction industry, including owners, design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, insurers, and sureties. Division 3 offers those who specialize in design, support and resources for the intersection of law, architecture, engineering, and construction, as well as dialogue to best navigate the legal issues that arise in building projects. Mr. Ninneman will serve as the Division 3 Chair for two years (2025-2027).
