Roger Allbrandt

Associate

Roger Allbrandt’s practice includes construction & design, premises liability, and homeowner’s association law in Colorado.

Mr. Allbrandt began his career as an Assistant Public Defender with the State of Maryland representing criminal defendants in over 50 bench and jury trials, including first-degree murder. He previously served as a Hearings Officer for the State of Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. As a certified mediator, he handled over 150 eviction mediations in the Denver County Courts. Mr. Allbrandt also spent six years in the construction trades and has experience with concrete design and placement defects, management and expediting of commercial construction permits, property management, building plans, bids, and contracts.

Michael S. Power

Senior Associate

Michael Power has over 25 years of civil litigation defense experience in Colorado state and federal courts. Mr. Power’s practice currently focuses on representing general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect claims and representing individuals and businesses in premises liability matters. He also handles coverage analysis and opinions, first-party breach of contract, bad faith, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. Mr. Power has represented insurers and policy holders under all types of policies including commercial general liability, professional liability, errors and omissions, homeowner liability, and automobile liability.

Nolan W. Wright

Associate

Nolan Wright focuses on the defense of personal injury and premises liability claims. Mr. Wright represents drivers of personal and commercial vehicles, common carriers, retail stores, and restaurants throughout all phases of litigation.  Mr. Wright is also experienced with matters involving construction, real estate, contract disputes, intra-business disputes, local government law, and misdemeanors and traffic defense.  Before joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Wright was an Associate at a general civil litigation firm in Wichita, KS where he gained extensive litigation experience.

Mr. Wright graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law. He is licensed in Kansas and Missouri. While earning his J.D., he was a Law Intern with the Honorable Judge Eric Melgren in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, interned for a civil defense firm in Topeka, Kansas, and for the American Civil Liberties Union of Kansas.

Hannah Huval

Hannah Huval joined Hall & Evans, LLC as an Associate in 2025. Ms. Huval’s practice includes general insurance defense, construction defect, trucking matters, premises liability, real estate matters, special district and municipal law, and complex business transactions. 

Ms. Huval graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law.  While in law school, she clerked at a transactional firm in Mississippi and a corporate firm in Krakow, Poland. Sara E. Blamires

Sara Blamires concentrates her practice on premises liability, transportation, and construction defect matters.

While in law school, Ms. Blamires was a Summer Intern with the Colorado 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, a Law Clerk with the Utah Attorney General’s Office Criminal Appeals Division, a Summer Associate with Hall & Evans, and a Law Clerk with a small firm in Provo, Utah.  She was also an Extern at a firm in Auckland, New Zealand, selected as a participant for the BYU Law International Commercial Arbitration Academy in Geneva, Switzerland, and selected for a Global Law Seminar in Berlin, Germany.
