Alisa A. McAffee

Associate

Alisa McAffee’s practice includes transportation, premises liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, and general insurance defense.

Ms. McAffee attended the William S. Boyd School of Law and earned two concentrations; one in Alternative Dispute Resolution and the other in Business and Commercial Law. She was a Public Interest Law Association Grant Recipient and a UNLV Public Interest Fellow. Ms. McAffee was also a student attorney with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, a fellow with the Utah Attorney General’s Office, and a judicial intern for Judge Stefany Miley with the Clark County District Court in Nevada.

Before her legal career, Ms. McAffee was a regional leader and licensing coach at a financial services company. She maintains her Nevada life insurance license and is a FINRA registered representative.

Aaron D. Cuellar

Aaron Cuellar’s experience includes general litigation, workers’ compensation, tax law, and corporate governance. 

Mr. Cuellar earned his JD from Gonzaga School of Law, an MBA from Gonzaga School of Business, and a BA in Political Science from Saint Mary’s College of California.  While in law school, Mr. Cuellar clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Stanley A. Bastian with the Eastern District Court of Washington, was a legal intern for a credit union, and clerked for the Gonzaga Law Low-Income Tax Clinic. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Corporate Social Responsibility and was a recipient of the Dean’s Excellence Award Scholarship and a merit scholarship.  Mr. Cuellar is admitted in all courts in the State of Nevada. He is also certified to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service.

Previously, Mr. Garrett co-founded a boutique law firm, and a nonprofit legal services firm based in Salt Lake City. He also served as a trust specialist for the Utah State Board of Education.

Geoffrey T. Cunningham

Senior Associate

Geoffrey Cunningham’s litigation practice includes premises liability, construction defect, employment law, real estate litigation, HOA litigation, probate litigation, business litigation, and appellate work. He also represents insurers with bad faith and coverage matters.

Before joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Cunningham practiced insurance defense, criminal defense, corporate litigation, and family law in both Montana state and Federal District Court at a small firm in Billings, MT. Additionally, the broad nature of his practice included regular appellate cases at the Montana Supreme Court.

Mr. Cunningham is a Billings native who attended Billings Central Catholic High School and earned his bachelor’s degree from Montana State University. After graduating from the University of Wyoming College of Law, he returned to his hometown to begin his career as a litigator. He is licensed in Montana and Wyoming.

Nathan R. Garcia

Nathan Garcia is a versatile attorney with experience in civil litigation, transactional law, and trust and estate planning.
