Alex Fayad’s practice primarily focuses on complex civil litigation arising from business, contract, tort, and real property disputes in Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. Alex also practices corporate and transactional law, counseling healthcare, tech, gaming, and non-profit companies from startup to sale. Alex gained extensive litigation experience from years as defense counsel for insurance companies, hotel-casinos, and government agencies in southern Nevada.  Prior to being admitted in Nevada, Alex served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Hon. Mark R. Denton in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada.

Alex earned his MBA from Creighton University Heider College of Business and his JD from Creighton University School of Law. Before his career as an attorney, Mr. Fayad provided business consulting, compliance, and project management services to healthcare and gaming industry clients.
