Chris Hyland

Chris Hyland is a paralegal in our workers’ compensation practice. He has been with Hall & Evans for over 23 years. Workers’ compensation is a busy practice area and at any given time, there can be as many as 75 cases that are being handled. Chris is responsible for overall case management, which includes case preparation, and docketing of all court related deadlines, responding to discovery, correspondence, scheduling appointments, reviewing medical records, sending settlement demands, interacting with opposing counsel, drafting pleadings, retention and interaction with experts, trial preparation, and preparation of appeal briefs for both state and federal cases.
