Clayton Rather litigates in diverse practice areas including product liability, personal injury, business litigation, workers’ compensation, and construction. Mr. Rather represents individuals, businesses, and insurers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in Utah.

Mr. Rather began his career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Randal Valenciano, Chief Judge of the Fifth Circuit Court of Hawaii. He went on to focus on civil litigation at firms in Salt Lake City and served as Field Counsel for a global insurance company. Mr. Rather also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah in 2017.
