Gina Grazio

Gina Grazio has over 10 years of civil litigation experience.  Gina assists with cases that involve property litigation, grade crossing accidents, toxic exposure, and the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA).  She is experienced with drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence, preparing medical record summaries, managing document productions and trial preparation.  She is familiar with State and Federal court procedures across several states including Colorado, Wyoming, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Utah.

Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Gina was a legal assistant at a plaintiff’s firm in New Haven, Connecticut focusing on FELA and asbestos matters.
