Ginny Lee

Ms. Lee has 20+ years of medical malpractice paralegal experience. She is experienced in HIPAA complaint releases and preparing in-depth medical chronologies from medical records. She has been involved in complex medical malpractice cases involving various medical related issues. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including initial case preparation, drafting motions, gathering information, organizing records for reviewing expert and lay witnesses. She assists in preparing for trial which includes drafting trial witness and exhibits lists, preparing exhibits and working closely with all witnesses and support staff as needed for trial.
Ms. Lee is also a registered nurse and is currently completing her Bachelors of Science in nursing.
