Kimberly A. Huson

Kimberly A. Huson is a defense litigator concentrating her practice in healthcare and medical malpractice, premises liability, sports and recreation law, and transportation matters. She represents insurers, corporations, universities, and individuals in complex, high-stakes litigation involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.

Ms. Huson has extensive experience defending healthcare providers across a wide range of claims, including medical and dental malpractice, cosmetic procedures, and correctional medicine. She is skilled in all phases of litigation—from strategic discovery and dispositive motion practice through mediation, trial, and appeal.

Before joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Huson developed a diverse civil litigation background at both a large national firm and boutique firms in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico. She graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in political science and went on to earn her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.

While in law school, Ms. Huson focused her studies on sports and business law and remained actively engaged in the sports community. She began her legal career as a paralegal in Nashville and Phoenix, where she built a foundation in probate and eminent domain litigation.
