Kyle A. Moen
Counsel
Kyle Moen centers his practice on professional liability, public entity, and employment law. Mr. Moen routinely represents medical professionals and healthcare facilities in the courts, before the Montana Board of Behavioral Health, and in their day-to-day operations. He also represents employers before the Montana Human Rights Bureau and the Montana Department of Labor and Industry. In the public entity arena, Mr. Moen provides advice and general counsel services to municipalities, school districts, and water districts.
Previously, Mr. Moen served as Chief Legal Counsel for the Montana Office of Public Instruction, ran a successful solo practice, and was an associate at small civil and criminal defense firms. He is a frequent speaker on healthcare and employment topics.
