Laurie Lindeman
Paralegal
Laurie Lindeman is a senior paralegal in the workers’ compensation department where she is responsible for creating/maintaining workers’ compensation case files from intake through settlement and providing exceptional customer service for clients, both by phone and in person.
Laurie performs one-on-one daily assistance to our workers’ compensation attorneys, which includes generating firm correspondence, drafting/finalizing pleadings, maintaining deadline forms, scheduling appointments, requesting/reviewing medical records, creating/managing deadlines, transcribing dictated documents, sending settlement demands, interacting with opposing counsel offices, required clerical duties and all assigned tasks. In addition, Laurie is accountable for scheduling medical appointments, calculating average weekly wage, calculating temporary and permanent disability benefits, and opening client files.
