Leif Distad is a litigation attorney with 15 years of experience in the areas of primary construction defect matters, representing general contractors and subcontractors. Mr. Distad also handles the day-to-day corporate legal needs for construction businesses including payment, contracts, and employment issues.
Beyond construction, Mr. Distad is experienced with a wide range of complex civil litigation in Colorado and Wyoming including premises liability, property loss, product liability, and civil rights. His experience includes all phases of civil litigation from pre-litigated matters, through discovery, motions practice, mediation, and trial.
