Madison R. Winker

Madison Winker focuses on Colorado workers’ compensation claims for employers and their insurers. Ms. Winker also handles general liability matters and employment law.

Before joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Winker was an Associate at a small workers’ compensation firm in the Denver area. Ms. Winker earned her JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During law school, Ms. Winker was a legal intern with the Cottonwood County Attorney’s office in Minnesota, a student law clerk with the Rocky Mountain Veterans Advocacy Project, and a law clerk at a small civil litigation firm in Denver. Ms. Winker graduated summa cum laude from South Dakota State University with a bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in applied statistics.
