Mark Bartholomaei has extensive experience handling a range of insurance defense litigation. Mr. Bartholomaei’s practice currently focuses on products liability, hospitality & retail, and premises liability matters. Over the past three decades, he has also represented clients in toxic tort, coverage, bad faith, medical malpractice, personal injury, mass tort, and class action cases. Mr. Bartholomaei is the managing M​ember of the firm’s New Mexico office. Prior to joining Hall & Evans, he managed the commercial litigation practice at an AmLaw 100 firm in Denver, Colorado.
