Mary P. Kaluk


Ms. Kaluk’s practice focuses on medical malpractice defense and health care law. Ms. Kaluk defends all types of licensed professionals, including insurance agents. She has represented physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other professionals at all stages of litigation, including trial and appeals, in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Kaluk regularly participates in presentations to healthcare professionals and entities on litigation topics.
