Tad Quinn represents individuals and business in Montana with matters involving product liability, transportation, premises liability, insurance defense, professional liability, and employment law. 

Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Quinn was a JAG attorney with the United States Navy JAG Corps in Washington, DC. With five years of experience in federal court, Mr. Quinn has developed a foundation in complex trial practice and high-stakes courtroom advocacy. He successfully managed all phases of federal litigation, from navigating intricate procedural motions to delivering compelling arguments before the court.

While attending the University of California, Davis School of Law, Mr. Quinn was a government affairs graduate intern with the Sacramento Municipal Utility District where he advocated for renewable energy. Mr. Quinn graduated summa cum laude from Campbell University with a bachelor’s in political science. Before his legal career, Mr. Quinn served in the Unted States Army Special Operations Command as a Flight Engineer.
