Taylor Feero

Senior Associate

Taylor Feero is a Senior Associate admitted to practice in Colorado and Nevada. Mr. Feero focuses on workers’ compensation defense and complex litigation, representing employers and insurance carriers in high-exposure matters with a track record of securing favorable outcomes.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Feero has consistently prevailed in contested hearings on critical issues, including permanent total disability claims, compensability disputes, and statutory penalties. He serves as a lead negotiator in high-stakes mediation and settlement conferences, where he aggressively asserts his client’s interests to achieve cost-effective resolutions in matters involving substantial financial risk. Beyond the courtroom, he provides strategic counsel to clients on risk mitigation and litigation management across multiple jurisdictions.

Mr. Feero’s litigation practice is grounded in strong legal analysis and a deep understanding of judicial reasoning, which he cultivated during his tenure as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Shelley I. Gilman in the Second Judicial District. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he served as an Editor of the Denver Law Review. Before his legal career, Mr. Feero served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Sichuan, China.
