Valentyme Sawicki Breckenridge

Valentyme Breckenridge is a civil litigation paralegal with over fifteen years of legal experience.  After earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada in Criminal Justice and spending several years in the legal industry, Ms. Breckenridge went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Taft Law School.  She handles cases involving insurance defense, construction defect, premises liability, bad faith, and environmental claims.  Ms. Breckenridge manages matters from the onset of litigation through trial in state and federal courts and assists with depositions and mediations. She researches relevant case law in connection with pleading, discovery, and motion drafting. Ms. Breckenridge also drafts correspondence, case evaluations, and in-depth medical and claim chronologies.
