Theresa Vogel and Liz Leibsle will present at the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association’s Annual Conference in Snowmass, CO on August 1, 2025. The theme of the 2025 CDLA Annual Conference, “Stake Your Claim Where Tradition Meets Tomorrow,” will focus on connections between time-tested strategies and emerging approaches to modern defense practice.

Theresa and Liz’s presentation, “Immigration Compliance for Employers,” will discuss essential requirements, common pitfalls, and best practices for defending employer clients. They will also cover ways to advise clients on I-9 compliance, work authorization verification, and responding to government investigations.
