Bruce A. Menk

Of Counsel

Mr. Menk concentrates on complex product liability, intellectual property, construction defects, insurance, and commercial matters. He handles product liability work for a number of clients including industrial entities, equipment manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Menk has also been engaged in cases involving class actions, contractual disputes, insurance contracts, trademark, and trade secrets.

Mr. Menk’s experience in complex litigation began with mining disaster litigation in a matter involving a mine fire, which resulted in 92 deaths and significant property damage. He also represented the manufacturer of a ski lift, which malfunctioned in the Keystone Ski Area in Colorado; its failure resulted in more than 100 injuries and two deaths. He also represented the owner of an ammonium perchlorate plant, which exploded outside Las Vegas, resulting in excess of ten million dollars of property damage. On behalf of a pharmaceutical company, he acted as lead counsel in a federal multi district class action litigation case involving product contamination. He has also been lead counsel in litigation arising out of a multi-million dollar contract dispute involving a United States government uranium mill tailings remediation project. Most recently he has represented several major national corporations in the trial of a trademark infringement case.
