Matthew Ninneman, in collaboration with the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law and members of its Division 3 – Design published two 50-State Surveys: 50-State Survey of the Design Firm’s Licensure Requirements and 50-State Survey on the Design Professional’s Stamping and Sealing Obligations. This is the second edition of these 50-State Surveys. The Surveys provide general guidelines and legal reference to applicable state statutes governing important aspects of design professional licensure and stamping/sealing obligations. Mr. Ninneman served as the Executive Editor of both and co-authored several state summaries.
