With over 25 years of experience handling civil litigation matters, Craig Sargent’s litigation practice includes medical cases involving malpractice defense, medical practice management, and drug and medical device litigation. Craig also handles business and commercial litigation, trucking accident litigation, and catastrophic injury cases. He has experience in breach of contract, insurance bad faith, insurance defense, real estate litigation, and construction litigation.
