Craig A. Sargent

With over 35 years of experience handling civil litigation matters, Craig Sargent’s litigation practice includes medical cases involving malpractice defense, medical practice management, and drug and medical device litigation. Throughout his career, Craig has represented healthcare providers from virtually all medical and surgical specialties, psychologists/psychiatrists, nurses, and other ancillary and physician extenders in professional negligence cases and in licensing and disciplinary proceedings. Craig has served as a Hearing Officer in hospital credentialing matters including all aspects of pre-hearing discovery, pre-hearing evidentiary and legal issues, presiding over credentialing hearings, and post-hearing matters. Craig also handles business and commercial litigation, trucking accident litigation, and catastrophic injury cases. He has experience in breach of contract, insurance bad faith, general insurance defense, and construction litigation.
