H&E Attorneys Present at Colorado River Outfitters Association’s Annual Convention

Hall & Evans attorneys Matthew Hegarty, Peter Middleton, and Ryan Winter once again had the pleasure of presenting to the Colorado River Outfitters Association (CROA), before and after Governor Polis’ attendance at the convention on February 1, 2023. Matthew presented on hot topics on employment law while Peter and Ryan presented on liability and risk management issues for the whitewater rafting and outdoor recreation industry. As always, CROA and its members were very welcoming and engaged in the presentations. Hall & Evans looks forward to its next presentation to CROA in November 2023!
