Earlier this week, Ike Eckert presented at the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association’s (CDLA) Annual Conference in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Ike gave a lunch & learn style presentation on Colorado’s 2023 legislative session. His presentation provided an overview of Colorado’s November 2022 elections and its immediate impact on the 2023 Legislature’s policy-making decisions. Ike highlighted new legislative measures that may impact case handling and strategies for those in the defense bar. He also discussed CDLA’s efforts during the past year to support and thwart new legislative measures impacting CDLA membership.
