Matthew J. Ninneman
Matthew Ninneman has been accepted to the American Arbitration Association | International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA) Panel of Construction Arbitrators. The AAA is a non-for-profit organization and the world’s largest provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The ICDR is the global division of the AAA, administering ADR and promoting conflict resolution to parties around the world.
The Construction Panel is a carefully curated group of professionals with a proven track record in handling construction-related disputes. These arbitrators and mediators bring diverse, real-world experience to resolve conflicts efficiently and fairly. Members of the Panel must meet certain criteria including a minimum of 15 years of senior-level professional experience as well as significant arbitrator training and experience.
Mr. Ninneman has arbitrated numerous cases before the AAA and mediated hundreds of cases as an advocate in his career. As a member of the AAA’s National Panel of Construction Arbitrator, Mr. Ninneman will hear and decide disputes between parties whose contracts are subject to the AAA’s Construction Industry Arbitration Rules.
