Tucker E. Allen

Senior Associate

Tucker Allen joined Hall & Evans, LLC as an Associate in 2021. Tucker routinely tackles complex and technical cases in state and federal court across a wide variety of industries. He coordinates customized strategies for clients at every stage of litigation from discovery, pre-trial motions, depositions of party and expert witnesses, to trial. Tucker also regularly handles the settlement of high-stakes cases at mediations and through informal settlement discussions. Tucker’s civil litigation practice is focused on transportation, premises liability, products liability, and professional liability. He also has experience in employment law, medical malpractice, and general commercial litigation.

Tucker earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law along with an Environmental and Natural Resources and Environmental Law Certificate.  While in law school, Tucker was Vice President of the University of Denver Land-Use Law Society, Articles Editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review, and a member of the Natural Resource and Environmental Law Society.  Tucker also served as Law Clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado, clerked for a lobbying firm, and a civil litigation firm specializing in real estate litigation.

Alexandria L. Bell

Alexandria Bell is an experienced trial attorney focusing on civil defense litigation. For 10 years, she practiced in a regional firm in Chicago, Illinois, where she successfully litigated civil rights and police misconduct cases for the City of Chicago, Chicago Police Department, including numerous federal jury trials. Mrs. Bell’s practice also involved litigating commercial disputes involving issues of breach of contract, trade secrets and protection of business proprietary information. She litigated (nationally) complex design and manufacturing defect product liability matters involving large power tool manufacturers. Defended food suppliers and restaurants in food poisoning cases involving serious permanent injuries. She also managed all aspects of medical malpractice trial litigation defending top Chicago hospitals and their respective doctors and staff.

In November of 2018, Mrs. Bell moved to Colorado, where she continues to litigate claims against public entities and officials and various governing boards related to both tort and constitutional claims in federal and state courts. Mrs. Bell’s general litigation practice continues to encompass defense of commercial, catastrophic personal injury, and construction defect matters.

Mrs. Bell is a member of the American Bar Associations, the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute.

Bob Weiner

Bob Weiner is a trial attorney with over 20 years of prosecutorial experience.  Mr. Weiner defends individuals, corporations, and public entities in all types of complex civil litigation.

Mr. Weiner previously served as Senior Chief Deputy District Attorney for the First Judicial District Attorney’s office.  While there, he was the lead attorney on numerous complex state cases including first-degree murders, sexual assaults, crimes against children, arsons, and vehicular fatalities.  In addition to managing high-profile and high-stakes litigation, Mr. Weiner worked in conjunction with Federal agencies, advised law enforcement agencies, supervised all felony cases, and a team of Chief Deputy District Attorneys.
