Lynn Kuznitz is a results-oriented attorney who defends her clients in State and Federal courts across the western United States. She is a seasoned trial attorney who has obtained multiple defense verdicts and is experienced in all phases of litigation.

Lynn’s practice primarily focuses on civil litigation and health care law. She has represented nurses, physicians, counselors, veterinarians, dentists, and other health care professionals in defense of malpractice claims, board complaints, and licensing issues. She also provides a variety of litigation and non-litigation services for hospitals, surgical centers, skilled nursing facilities, professional corporations, and other health care entities in litigation of professional liability, contract claims, premises liability, personal injury, and other tort claims.

Lynn also represents clients in a wide range of general tort and liability cases through all phases of litigation, from immediate accident investigation through trial, arbitration, or appeal. Her experience is broad; Lynn has defended her clients against high-exposure claims including catastrophic personal injuries, wrongful death, railroad incidents, toxic torts, private security incidents, and premises liability.
