Valerie Garcia
For the last four years, Hall & Evans’ attorney, Valerie Garcia, has volunteered her time with the Douglas County Cold Case Review Team. Valerie was appointed by the Douglas County Sheriff, Tony Spurlock, to work with a multiple disciplinary panel and law enforcement to review cold homicide cases in Douglas County, Colorado. This week, the Douglas County Sheriff announced an arrest on a homicide / sexual assault cold case from 1980. The arrest was due, in part, to the hard work of the Douglas County Cold Case Review Team.
