Andrew C. Falcone

Associate

Andrew Falcone joined Hall & Evans, LLC as a generalist associate in 2025.  Mr. Falcone’s practice includes transportation, sports and recreation, and real estate. 

Prior to Hall & Evans, Mr. Falcone was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Lawrence L. Piersol with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of South Dakota. While clerking for Judge Piersol, Mr. Falcone gained experience in a wide variety of law, including contracts, personal injury, wrongful death, § 1983, § 1981, Federal Tort Claims Act, and Federal Employee Liability Act.

Mr. Falcone graduated summa cum laude in July of 2024. In law school, he interned with the University of South Dakota’s General Counsel and worked as a summer associate at a law firm in Breckenridge, CO.  He was also a Graduate Assistant and Articles Editor for the South Dakota Law Review.

Erin E. Snow

Counsel

Erin Snow has substantial experienced navigating Colorado’s government affairs and regulatory dynamics, and defends individuals and businesses in general liability, premises liability, transportation litigation, and other matters. 

With over a decade of legislative experience, Ms. Snow has provided counsel to a wide variety of businesses, nonprofits, and insurers before the Colorado General Assembly and the Division of Insurance.

Before joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Snow was an elected leadership development coach and education policy program leader for a non-profit supporting a national network of civic leaders to end educational inequity.  Previously, she served as Legislative Counsel for U.S. Representative Beto O’Rourke, where she advised on veterans’ affairs, education, voting rights, campaign finance, and immigration.  As Staff Director for the U.S. House of Representatives Veterans’ Affairs Economic Opportunity Subcommittee, she drafted and managed legislative priorities at the federal level and oversaw VA and Department of Labor programs. Locally, Ms. Snow served as Policy Director for a former Colorado Senator and congressional candidate, a Consultant for the Colorado Department of Education & Donnell-Kay Foundation, and a Legal Fellow for a Colorado Senator. Before going to law school, she taught 7th grade English in Los Angeles, California as a Teach For America corps member.

Meghan A. Sheridan

Meghan Sheridan is a civil litigation trial attorney whose practice concentrates in personal injury defense, primarily in recreation accident cases, premises liability, product liability, gig-economy matters, and trucking and aviation accidents.  She also works with general contractors and subcontractors on construction defect claims. Meghan is the Managing Member of the Hall & Evans Utah office.

Meghan focuses on understanding her clients’ specific business and priorities to build effective working relationships.  She emphasizes frequent communication with her clients, including providing early and ongoing case evaluation for potential resolution purposes; however, working on trial strategy from day one.  Meghan also provides additional consulting to ski areas and recreation providers regarding risk management, including speaking at ski areas and national conferences regarding winter and summer operations.

Heather A. Thomas

Heather Thomas is an experienced trial attorney focused on achieving her clients’ goals and objectives for litigation whether it be trying a case to verdict or reaching an early and efficient resolution. Heather began her career working for her father’s construction supply company and now, she represents and defends builders, contractors and design professionals in various construction disputes and litigation.

Heather also worked as field counsel for a Fortune 500 Global Insurance Company where she was one of two attorneys in the Denver office approved to handle and defend clients against high exposure, million-dollar claims, including products liability and catastrophic personal injury claims. As field counsel, Heather appeared on behalf of her clients in courtrooms throughout the State of Colorado, including the U. S. District Court for the District of Colorado. In 2018, Heather served as first chair in a ski collision case in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado where the jury determined the plaintiff was 49% at fault for her alleged injuries and damages.

Upon moving to Hall & Evans, Heather’s practice now includes representation of homeowner associations in various commercial disputes. Regardless of the type of case, Heather’s experience now allows her to evaluate and develop strategies early in the representation of her clients to determine how best to garner the most leverage and resolve the case in a manner most optimal for her clients. Early evaluation and case management help Heather to steer her cases to the best possible outcome for the client, whether it be litigation, mediation or settlement.

Heather communicates with her clients often during any case to ensure she understands their concerns and goals, and that they are keenly aware of the status of the matter throughout the litigation. Heather also evaluates the claims against her clients to assist with developing the evidence in a way most helpful in obtaining leverage in any given case whether it be via testimony or motions practice to gain a tactical advantage whether it be for trial or settlement. Joshua Sommers is a civil litigator with a background rooted in insurance defense.  Mr. Sommers concentrates his practice on civil litigation matters involving transportation, products liability, and premises liability, with an emphasis on defending retailers, restaurants, and hospitality industry clientele.  He regularly protects the interests of large and small businesses, manufacturers, insurers, and retailers, in state and federal courts across Colorado and Nevada.  Mr. Sommers is experienced with all stages of litigation having successfully represented clients in binding and non-binding arbitrations, bench trials, and jury trials.
