T. Thomas Singer will speak at The Seminar Group’s 21st Annual Montana Labor & Employment Law Seminar March 11th, 2026, in Helena, Montana.
The full day seminar will look at recent court decisions and changes in federal and state laws and regulations affecting public and private employers. Mr. Singer’s presentation “Discrimination as a Legal Right,” will discuss the biases and boundaries of discrimination, if there is a legal right to discriminate, and if discrimination is ever mandated.
